What You'll Learn

Phase One: Nervous System & Trauma Basics

In this foundational phase, you'll explore how trauma affects the nervous system and learn essential tools to navigate difficult emotions. Through the BREATHE Somatic Healing Method™, you'll develop a deep understanding of the physical manifestations of emotions such as anxiety, grief, and shame. Using somatic techniques, you'll release stored tension and cultivate inner resilience. This phase focuses on nervous system regulation, fostering self-compassion and empowering you to take control of your healing journey with mindful awareness and inner strength.

  • Learn and gain knowledge on how to identify physical signs of trauma in the body.
  • Learn and practice basic techniques for releasing tension and emotional blockages.

Phase Two: Somatic Healing

Phase Two delves into deeper healing by guiding you to move beyond survival mode—the fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown responses—towards a state of peace and ease. Here, you'll work with the Five Somatic Channels—Physical, Emotional, Cognitive, Relational, and Transpersonal—to process trauma effectively. Through somatic practices like movement, breathwork, and meditation, you'll heal chronic pain and emotional wounds. This phase is all about creating lasting transformation, improving emotional health, and restoring balance in your relationships and within yourself.

  • Learn and utilize key somatic tools to heal deep-rooted trauma (yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation).

Phase Three: Connecting and Supporting

The final phase is where you deepen your skills, learning how to support others on their healing journeys. This phase offers practical experience in somatic release techniques and trauma resolution. By the end of this phase, you'll have the tools to facilitate deep transformation, not just for yourself, but also for those around you, making you a true guide in the healing process.
